Our review process starts with product research. We identify the top-selling and highest-rated filters in each category using retailer data, verified customer feedback, and manufacturer specifications. For each product, we document:

  • Filter lifespan and replacement costs over one and two years
  • Flow rate and installation requirements
  • Real-world pricing from major retailers

We compare products head-to-head within their category, noting meaningful differences in performance, cost of ownership, and ease of installation. Our recommendations prioritize long-term value, not just upfront price.

What We Cover
